RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Overrated, we want you to love every order.

Returns
We offer a 2-day return window from the date your order is received.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• With all tags attached
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide the return instructions and shipping details. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order once received. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in the same condition received, with tags attached. Exchanges that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified regarding the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time depending on your bank or payment provider.
